The righteousness of God, wrath of God and about God were revealed.
God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity; God gave them up to dishonorable passions; God gave them up to a base mind and to improper conduct.
When people understand and accept God's righteousness, Holy Spirit will keep in our deep mind. That can let us far away evils and experience kindness from God.

God has shown to us what can be known about Him the righteousness through faith for faith and the wrath revealed from heaven. But some hardened hearts resist glorifying or thanking Him. They thus become futile in their thinking and their senseless minds are darkened.
The Lord gives us freedom to choose whether to follow Him or not. If we decide not to, He would give us up to impurity, dishonest passions, and a base mind and to improper conduct.

For if there is a ready mind, a man will have God's approval in the measure of what he has, and not of what he has not.

"He shall not substitute anything for it or exchange it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good…" (Lev 27:10). "But if he wishes to redeem it, he shall add a fifth to the valuation" (27:13).
We cannot redeem our wish at will and have to pay for it. That reminds us to think thoroughly before making the vow. Regarding this as a holy thing since we are granted the privilege, then we should not squander the graceful chance from the Lord.
