The verses in Ac (3:22; 7:37) refer the prophet to Jesus Christ instead of Moses. Moses has the opportunity to be known by the Lord face to face (De 34:10). Before he died, he conveyed the message that there would be another "prophet" the Israelites should listen to and follow. The one he mentioned is the Lord's only son, Jesus.
