我認為作者只是陳述一個存在我們四週現實世界的事實而已。
22:2 富戶窮人在世相遇，都為耶和華所造。
29:13 貧窮人、強暴人在世相遇；他們的眼目都蒙耶和華光照。

"Master, which is the chief rule in the law?"
And he said to him, "Have love for the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.
This is the first and greatest rule."
And a second like it is this, "Have love for your neighbour as for yourself."
To marry with unbeliver is a challenge to follow the first and second rule in the same time. If he only follow the first rule, then he may loss the second rule. The only way to solve this problem is "Have Love". May Lord help those people with Your Love to belive Love and belive You.

「祭司以斯拉和些族長按著宗族都指名見派；在十月初一日，一同在座查辦這事，到正月初一日，才查清娶外邦女子的人數。」(10:16-17)
花了三個月，才清點登錄完與異族通婚的總人數，可見通行之普遍（祭司、利未人和一般百姓皆有之），而且其中很多都已經生養了小孩。壓根不知道這是罪？明知故犯？
求主幫助我，檢視我的日常生活，到底有多少是"習以為常"其實是得罪神的事？

During the Feat of Tabernacles, the Jewish people construct the sukkah, the tabernacle. Each family builds a shelter outside their house and move into it during this time. They eat there; some sleep there. The Feast of Tabernacles is a time of great rejoicing and a harvest festival. It's one of the three times the Jewish people were given a commandment by the Lord to come up to Jerusalem.
It speaks of the Lord's restoration and His coming and it's full of anticipation and hope and joy. It was on that day that Yeshua stood up in the temple and called to all present. So the festival is to signify their faith and hope in the fulfillment of God's promise to pour out the Holy Spirit upon His people.

It needs to take a long time to make someone to really believe one thing from his mind. Especially, he did not believe it in the beginning. God can spend 40 years for Israel people to believe his promise. The problem is how long I can stand to wait for God? If I cannot find the promise land, I will give up or keep believing this promise? If I need to fight with giant enemy, could I have the courage? May Lord help me to firm up my faith without any hesitation.

The king of Artaxerxes was opposed to the rebuilding of the temple since he was afraid that there might be rebellions rising up in Jerusalem. Later, the prophets Haggai and Zechariah were involved in fostering the rebuilding work. However difficult the task was, the eyes of God over the elders of the Jews were not stopped.
When king Darius' ruling came, he issued an order not to stop the rebuilding of the temple based on the archives stored in the treasury at Babylon. How God will work is sometimes beyond our knowledge, but what can be sure is that He is always sheltering and leading His people in a caring manner.

「我（亞達薛西王）已命人考查，得知此城古來果然背叛列王，其中常有反叛悖逆的事。...現在你們要出告示命這些人停工，使這城不得建造，等我降旨。」(4:19-21)
「大利烏王降旨，要尋察典籍庫內...尋得一卷，其中記著說：『古列王元年，他降旨論到耶路撒冷 神的殿，要建造這殿為獻祭之處，堅立殿的根基。...經費要出於王庫。』」(6:1-3)
一樣引經據典，卻有不同的結果。除了王本身的回應之外，傳達信息的中間人，也有很大的關係。
上奏亞達薛西王的省長、書記等人，把重建聖殿的猶大人描述為「反叛惡劣」(4:7-16)，後來王的決定並不令人意外；至於，大流士王時代的總督，應該是個敬畏神的人，並沒有下令停工，上奏時，也是傳遞正面的訊息給王(5:6-11)
當然，最主要的決定因素，是「因為耶和華使他們歡喜，又使亞述王的心轉向他們，堅固他們的手，作以色列 神殿的工程。」(6:22)正港ㄟ「謀事在人，成事在神」。
求主幫助我，在所參與的事情中，能忠心扮演神所託付的角色，願主的旨意成全。

當然，最主要的決定因素，是「因為耶和華使他們歡喜，又使亞述王的心轉向他們，堅固他們的手，作以色列 神殿的工程。」(6:22)正港ㄟ「謀事在人，成事在神」。

In His great mercy, he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection. Our faith should be of greater worth than gold, so it may be refined by fire and proved genuine, which is able to glorify and honor Jesus Christ.

"Do you want Jesus Christ to be the king of your life?"
To anser this question is not easy for those people who belive other god or belive himself. Most of people did not want Jesus Christ to be the king of his life for the confidence of himself. To be frankly, sometimes I also want to be the king of myself in some situations. May Lord help me to be more humble to surrender You in every time, every thing.

To anser this question is not easy for those people who belive other god or belive himself. Most of people did not want Jesus Christ to be the king of his life for the confidence of himself.
