哈巴谷是因為"盼望"而歡欣，「然而，我要因耶和華歡欣，因救我的 神喜樂。主耶和華是我的力量；他使我的腳快如母鹿的蹄，又使我穩行在高處。」(3:18-19)
用"信心"所領受所的"盼望"，能救人脫離悲慘的現況。正如使徒保羅所言「這至暫至輕的苦楚，要成就極重無比的榮耀。」痛苦與歡欣並存，只是後者能讓身歷其境的人承受苦楚時較"甘願"一點。

"Vanity of vanities, says the Preacher, vanity of vanities! All is vanity."
We said we are not belong to this world. So, it is easy to understand all is vanity in this world. However, this world is also created by God. There are lots of beautiful scenery and wonderful things in this world. That means we can find His Love in this world. If His Love can be full in this world, then this world will be His kingdom. Just like the Lord's Prayer: "thy kingdom come，thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven." This world will be vanity and His Kingdom will come.

Faced with famine, Habakkuk still rejoiced in the Lord. How difficult it is for whoever suffers to be joyful in God. Most of us complain or murmur in the face of trials.
Habakkuk said, "…I will wait patiently for the day of calamity to come…"(Hab 3: 16). He showed no fear and his courage came from God his savior. May I have patience to stand still in any tough situation since the Sovereign Lord will always be my strength.

According to Solomon, everything is meaningless (Ec 1:1-11): wisdom (1:12-18), pleasure (2:1-15), wisdom and folly (2:12:16) and toil (2:17:26).
Ironically, these are what I'm pursuing. I don't give priority to building up relationship with the Lord. Solomon shared with us his life story with us and hoped that we would not make the same mistake as him.

When we want to rebuild the relationship with God, one reality problem is how to handle money by following God's pleasure approach. The answer is not easy to be found. When we want to find the answer from brothers or sisters, it may cause lots of confusions. Because, sometimes, we will follow the world not follow our Lord. So, we have to find the answer from Lord. May Lord help me to have the enough wisdom to know how to follow your words in the world.

看到不公義的事情，尼西米除了譴責這些人外，還以身作則，但他也不是用"灑錢"的方式，是"借"不是"給"，「我和我的弟兄與僕人也將銀錢糧食借給百姓；我們大家都當免去利息。」(5:10)
在那個場景年代，有敬畏神、行得正且強勢的領袖，就可以導正歪風（當然，如果領袖很糟糕，後果就不太妙）。相較之下，現代所謂的"民主"，也不知道是好是壞？

Nehemiah was angry that some of the Jewish people, who were nobles and officials, took advantage of their countrymen by exacting usury. "If one part suffers, every part suffers with it"(1Co12:25). He suggested giving back to the poor immediately their property and also the charged usury.
We should be well-informed, "He who gives to the poor will lack nothing, but he who closes his eyes to them receives many curses"(Pr 28:27).

相交也叫團契,台語又叫交陪,在相交之前有兩個前提,首先是...我們乃是與父並他的兒子穌基督相交的,然後才是..我們將所看見所聽見的傳給你們,使你們與我們相交,可見,要能相交,彼此團契,一定是一同認識父與子,在這個根基上以愛心相對話.
然後又有一個條件,...我們若在光明中行,如同神在光明中,就彼此相交.因此,..我們若說是與神相交,卻仍在黑暗裡行,就是說謊話,不行真理了,所以相交是行在光明中,在愛裡彼此團契了.

To understand the fellowship with Jesus Christ is one critical turn point in the life. However, the difficulty is to do (walk), not to know (hear). Walking with Him in the light can keep this fellowship to change life. It is not easy for the sake of human free will. The world is in the dark and His road is in the light. The problem is to live in the world but the mind still keeps in the light. May Lord help me to keep your fellowship and reject the temptation of the world.

If we walk in the light, as he is in the light, the Lord may have fellowship with us. The word of life makes our joy complete, so we should study Bible and renew our spirits on a daily basis.
God is light; in Him there is no darkness at all. Thus, we cannot shun the punishment from our sin. I dare not say, "I know him" since I do not do whatever he commands. I have to admit that my spirit is weak though my flesh is willing. There must be a huge gap for Him to build up fellowship with me.

For an unsolved murder, the Lord requires that it's everyone's responsibility to figure out the case. Above all, the elders of the town nearest the body and the priests shall step forward.
All cases of dispute and assault should be settled. The Lord doesn't want His people to be guilty of the blood of an innocent man and the bloodshed will be atoned for. He emphasizes doing what is right in the eyes of Him.

我有點不太明白，好像並不是「不知者無罪」，即使是「無名屍」，若不做潔淨的步驟及澄清的禱告「我們的手未曾流這人的血；我們的眼也未曾看見這事。...」還是會有災禍臨到。
或許這是為什麼很多受災者看起來很無辜，有可能就是被別人犯罪所連累。罪的權勢真的很大。求主保護、提醒我們。
