我想律法是上帝認為人應當做的，而罪則是人想去做上帝認為人不應當做的，所以人在律法與罪之間會有許多內心的痛苦與掙扎，依靠自己只能讓人陷入罪中，依靠上帝才能得到幫助與盼望。

在 上帝面前, 保羅的良心受聖靈感動，他內心的焦慮是當他看見猶太人拒絕上帝在「基督裡」所賜的救恩。 可惜猶太人不認識彌賽亞、不認識基督、不願認罪，脫離黑暗的權勢，進入光明聖潔的國度， 重新與上帝和好；所以保羅為猶太人大大地憂傷，看到他的骨肉同胞選擇走自己的路，硬頸，輕看上帝對猶太人的應許，在此情景下，當然保羅會焦慮的。
保羅深愛自己的同胞，為骨肉之親的得救，願意自己被咒詛與基督分離。為基督的緣故，可見保羅願意以主的大愛和犧牲自己的精神，來換取他人(以色列人)的更大的好處。保羅這個傳福音「焦慮和急迫」的心志：愛上帝，愛人如己，願意捨己為人，這種無私的愛和付出，為主，為基督的緣故，願意放下自己，給我很大的啟示，無論在何時何地，若有傳福音的機會，絕不要輕言放棄。

Paul expresses his anguish over the rejection of Messiah Jesus by his countrymen, the Israelites. Paul emphasizes eight unique privileges of Israel in the plan of God to show that God's favor for the Israelites was so huge.
When I see my family members or friends troubled by unrest due to superstition, I am anxious to let them know the gospel. How I wish they can be freed and acquire peace! Then I can strongly empathize with Paul at his age.

As a Christian, sometimes we suffer. We suffer with the Lord in order that we may also be glorified with Him. Fortunately, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. When we do not know how to pray as we ought, the Spirit himself intercedes for us with sighs too deep for words. That's the privilege of being the children of God.

上帝藉由耶穌來拯救人，就像是醫生藉著他大能的雙手來醫治病人，病人如果還是像以前一樣不聽醫師的指示，那樣病就無法根治，只有聽從醫師的建議，離開對自己不好的習慣，經歷和醫師一同對抗病魔的過程，這樣才能逐漸恢復健康。

感謝神！我們雖不是猶太人，但因信稱義，藉著洗禮，與神立約的關係，我們成為是神應許的兒女，叫「真以色列人」，因此算是神的後嗣。耶和華告訴以色列人祂是「聖潔」的，祂也要神的子女「聖潔」。可見作「神的兒女」不是只有白白的恩電，是有條件的，是要付代價的。
作「神的兒女」對我來說：首先要認識神，敬畏神，遵守他的誡命，這包括「愛神」和「愛人如己」。不是只作神的後嗣，作「神的兒女」而已。更要作「神光明的兒女」，就是從黑暗的權勢中「分別出來」，不再作魔鬼的兒女，作個行為正直、做事公義、心裡說實話的人。要愛神，也要愛弟兄，有新生的樣式，活在基督裡。每天禱告，靈修，研讀主的話，遵行主的旨意，每天我們所說所做的，只有一個目地，就是為主而活。仔細聆聽聖靈的聲音，順從聖靈的帶領，完全屬神的人。作「神的兒女」有時也會為主受苦的，受人打壓。既然我們是神的後嗣，我們和基督同作神的後嗣，為了傳福音，為主的緣故，深信我們若和基督一同受苦，將來也必和他一同得榮耀。

These verses tell us a Christian cannot be freed from sin and temptation either (Ro 7:22-25). Satan has been influencing our relationship with the Lord, so we are making decisions out of good or out of evil all the time.
"I do not understand my own actions. For I do not do what I want, but I do the very thing I hate" (7:15). Thus, it is less likely to resist sin and temptation with our own strength and willingness. A Christian grows in a competition that requires a lot of training, aiming to get a crown that will last forever. May the Lord help me hang on! Prayer in the name of Jesus.
