Thanks for your sharing. Yeah, this problem might be defined as between pure biological phenomena or pure psychological phenomena, or pure spiritual phenomena.

I would be more tending to take this problem as a mixture of the three phenomena, with various mixture of percentage. Since you find a very good soul friend, who would like to develop a mutual accountability relationship with you, praise the Lord for such grace. I thought this would be the best method I would recommend.

Distraction and physical exercise to spend your young sudamina might be of some help. Trying your best to avoid clicking on those hyperlinks, or in case your computer was intruded by such nasty images, immediately cross it.

Hopefully you would grow out of such trouble soon....
