The Lord commanded Moses; Moses and Aaron commanded the Merarites and the Levite clans. The Lord explained the rights and duties to them clearly and they had to take responsibility of their own tasks.

When we work with others, we have to know the rights and duties so that ream spirit and harmonious relationship are able to be built up.
