Dear All, Peng An,
This seemed to be a poem of hope for future salvation. Though Israelite was under the huge besiege from her enemy, prophet Isaiah still proclaimed the hope of future healing and restoration. What interested me was the ignorant could enjoy such salvation and healing, yet the unclean could not enjoy it.
So the future salvation and healing was very inclusive, yet still selective....
