We may become such dry bones as Ezekiel saw (Eze 37:2) or irresponsive to the Lord's words. Simply relying on ourselves isn't enough. Keep praying for being refreshed in our spiritual life.

May the Lord's breath enter me and attach tendons to me so that my bones will not be dried out and my hope will not be gone~
