Whenever a tempter came to Jesus, he said, "…it is written…"(Mt 4: 4, 7, 10). Jesus takes highly of God's words. Besides, He lets Satan know that no one can even try to tempt the Lord but worship and serve Him.

Will I promptly come up with the Lord's words when I am tempted? Can I be strong enough to resist the tempters from Satan? These are questions worth thorough thinking.
