It's impossible for me to be as perfect as the Lord. I love neither my neighbor nor my enemy. But whenever I think I was treated unfairly, I pray before I act. To pray for my enemy, neighbor and myself means leaving the sovereignty to the Lord. I am not to take revenge or to speak ill of others behind their back. Thus, consciously controlling my temper becomes important in dealing with interpersonal relationship.
